Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service experience, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Monitor and Improve Processes: Continuously monitor and improve customer service processes to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that customer service initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership and Training Skills: Ability to lead and train a team, with a focus on developing and improving customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Analytical and Process Improvement Skills: Ability to analyze customer service processes and identify opportunities for improvement, with a focus on implementing changes that drive business results.
