About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Installation Teams
    • Lead and manage a team of drywall installers, finishers, and apprentices to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards
    • Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any quality or safety concerns.
  • Manage Client Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Recruit and Train Staff
    • Recruit and hire qualified staff to join our team.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Estimate and Manage Resources
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
    • Manage resources, including equipment and supplies, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
