About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Installation Teams
    • Lead and manage a team of drywall installers, finishers, apprentices, and trades helpers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety Standards
    • Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Resources and Logistics
    • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to support project needs.
    • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Provide clear and concise communication to team members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Work Environment
    • Work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
    • Willing to relocate for project assignments.
