About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barcelos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers, to ensure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our food service staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and manage the inventory and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.

Lead by Example

Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service, high-quality food, and a clean and safe work environment.

Address Customer Concerns

Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.

Maintain Records and Reports

Maintain accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
