About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Installation Teams

Lead and manage a team of drywall installers, finishers, apprentices, and trades helpers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Ensure Quality and Safety Standards

Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company quality standards.

Manage Materials and Equipment

Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.

Communicate with Clients and Stakeholders

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Train and Develop Team Members

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry

Work Environment

Work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in noisy environments

Work Setting

Work in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings

Transportation/Travel

Own vehicle required for travel to job sites

Personal Suitability

Excellent oral communication, organizational, and reliability skills
