Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of drywall installers and finishers, apprentices, and trades helpers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the training of apprentices and ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Recruit and hire new team members as needed, and conduct related staffing actions.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects, and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are requisitioned or ordered.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements and ensure that all team members are aware of these requirements.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles.
