Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Exacta Interpreting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with candidates and staff
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies
  • Recruit and hire staff, and carry out related staffing actions
  • Support the implementation of accessible and inclusive recruitment policies that accommodate persons with disabilities
  • Support the hiring of newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth, Veterans, Indigenous workers, and visible minorities
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
