Job Summary

As an Office Operations Manager at SP Trucklines Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide support for mature workers and visible minorities.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in supervising people.

Work Environment

  • Permanent work term.
  • English language.
  • 35 to 44 hours per week.
