As a Business Central Senior Consultant, you will be an integral part of our Upgrade team, fostering client relationships, leading projects, and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients across North America.

**Client-Focused Solution Development and Implementation**

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central application experience, including complex union payroll implementation, Business Central add-on products such as Binary Stream Multi Entity Management and Primo Payroll, and experience with NET and Power Automate or Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation, and support.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Lead or assist in consulting tasks, focusing on project scoping, implementation, product training, data migration, system configurations, and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as a primary resource for our clients on their projects, or as an associate consultant to another FIELDBOSS lead consultant.
  • Conduct or assist in product release testing to ensure our clients receive top-quality features, bolstering our promise of improving profitability.

**Requirements:**

  • Expert proficiency in Dynamics 365 Business Central application experience and/or experience with Dynamics GP.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with implementing complex, union payroll within Business Central.
  • Experience with Business Central add-on products including Binary Stream Multi Entity Management and Primo Payroll.
  • NET and Power Automate or Power BI not required but an asset.
