About the Role
This position is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

As a Supply Chain Technology Solutions Expert, you will lead technology delivery initiatives within GDT. The Global Distribution Technology org is responsible for supporting Lululemon's distribution centers across NA and the 3PL integrations across the globe. You will design and lead the Supply Chain Warehouse Management engineering solutions, working with vendor partners, business partners, Security, Infrastructure, Product, and the Engineering teams. Your technical leadership will oversee the transition from legacy Warehouse Management Systems into modern WMS solutions and provide oversight on delivery to ensure industry best practices, standards, automation, quality, timeliness, operational readiness, continuous improvement, and cost-effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and working experience with programming languages such as Java and Python, application development frameworks like Spring Boot, Cloud technologies and services such as AWS Lambda and AWS S3, data integration technologies such as Kafka, API-based system design, relational and No-SQL databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, containers and container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, tools like Gitlab, Splunk, and Datadog, Agile methodology, infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow. Additionally, experience in designing WMS solutions or similar roles is preferred, as well as experienced in Security and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. Familiarity with process reviews, continuous improvement, automation, and tool elimination is also beneficial. Experience in analyzing and recommending solutions for production issues, excellent technical documentation and communication skills, and ability to articulate business requirements into new technologies are essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple cross-functional teams are necessary. The compensation offering for this position includes an annual salary of $148,000-$203,500, which may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
