Job Summary

Masco Canada Limited is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of production employees and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of production employees and ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
