Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: You will be responsible for ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining records, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Financial Management: You will assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- HR Support: You will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including review and evaluation of new administrative procedures, delegation of work to office support staff, establishment of work priorities, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: You should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Work Environment: You will work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team.
