TREHAN & COMPANY is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThis office administration position involves overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless office functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports as needed.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fast-paced environment with occasional overtime may be required.
TREHAN & COMPANY offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
