TREHAN & COMPANY is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This office administration position involves overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless office functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A fast-paced environment with occasional overtime may be required.
What We Offer

TREHAN & COMPANY offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
