Job Description

The General Manager is a key leadership position at 7 STAR LIQUOR-SAINT ALBERT, responsible for overseeing the organization's operations and ensuring its strategic objectives are met.

About the Role
  • This role involves allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and representing the organization in official functions.
  • You will also be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating authority, and creating optimal working conditions.
Responsibilities
  1. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
  2. Represent the organization in negotiations, delegate representatives as needed, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in financial management, human resources, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
