Key Responsibilities- Implement continuous improvement principles and proven best practices to drive process excellence and efficiency.
- Facilitate, lead, and present process improvement workshops and kaizen events to engage staff and management.
- Develop, present, and actively promote continuous improvement activities to drive cultural change and adoption.
- Lead efforts to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and meet planned objectives through data-driven decision making.
- Provide scorecard reporting of continuous improvement activities and progress to stakeholders.
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a closely related field.
- Certification in Lean manufacturing or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment, with a minimum of 5 years of Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Engineering experience.
- Proven experience implementing continuous improvement strategies on the shop floor, combined with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to front-line staff.
- Experience facilitating and implementing change management methodologies.
- Experience with waste reduction, standardized work, one-piece flow, just-in-time production, 5S, and inventory reduction.
- Advanced process analysis and design expertise.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience directing and delegating to cross-functional continuous improvement project team members.
- Annual performance award up to 10%.

This role will work onsite at our location for 80% of the time, with the remaining 20% spent on travel and other work-related activities. You will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours required depending on project requirements.
