Invictus Direct is a leading start-up in the field of innovation, developing a high-performance building operating system that serves tenants, employees, and visitors while generating revenue for operators.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive our business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and delivering product demonstrations.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in the Construction, Real Estate, and/or Building Controls and Integration sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute effective lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Engage with prospects through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings, to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the unique value and solutions Invictus Direct offers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent in English and French with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the Construction, Real Estate, or Building Controls and Integration industries is an asset.
  • General knowledge regarding the Information Technology space is an asset.
