You will work closely with our onboarding, technical support, billing, and sales teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer-facing experience
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Able to navigate diverse industries and adapt to changing business needs
  • Familiarity with industry-leading SaaS technologies such as Slack, Salesforce, and others

This full-time role comes with an attractive compensation package, including a base salary + commission, offering a potential OTE of $45-60,000 CAD per annum. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as access to team socials and a flexible work environment allowing for remote work 2-3 days a week.
