We are seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pizza Hut. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure seamless communication.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of time.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for easy access.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform data entry tasks to support the team's administrative needs.
