Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Pizza Hut. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as maintaining office procedures and routines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Maintain office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
