Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Western Overseas Immigration. This is a permanent position requiring a high level of administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, such as preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports.
  • Perform data entry and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
