Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and introducing new products for Renishaw's encoder solutions with existing and new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and manage sales forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Specialists to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide commercial support to all Renishaw encoder customers, including product presentations and training.
  • Contribute to a positive and progressive team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and motion systems engineering experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience.
  • Understanding of servo feedback loops and motion control systems.
  • Previous experience with a company designing, manufacturing, or involved with the installation, setup, or selling of motion control systems, encoder systems, or motion control controllers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced technical sales management.
  • Demonstrated successful OEM account management and support.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external audiences, including customers, in all functions, including but not limited to technical, purchasing, and management roles.
