About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our district operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
">Salary & Benefits
">The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus a percentage-based bonus for exceeding sales targets. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and RRSP matching options.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Drive district profitability by leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of Branch Managers to achieve their goals and objectives
- Monitor sales and profitability performance and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top sales talent
- Ensure all employees meet customer service standards and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing targeted sales environment in financial services, ideally consumer lending
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
