About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bar.B.Q 1988. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a physically demanding workload.
