About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bar.B.Q 1988. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to inform menu planning and kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
