Locale Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team and oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to ensure a unique and exciting dining experience for our guests
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to train and develop kitchen staff
Working Conditions

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly.
