Food Safety and QualityEnsure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Inventory ManagementManage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu requirements.
Cost ControlMonitor and control our food costs to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements- Culinary Experience
A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior chef role in a high-volume restaurant environment.
CertificationsCook Trade Certification is required.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in our kitchen.
Work EnvironmentOur kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
