About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create new and innovative recipes that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Culinary Leadership: Instruct and mentor our cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Event Catering: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, weddings, and corporate functions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead our kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Government Programs: Recognized employer with a permanent work term and 32 hours per week.
