- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Implement and maintain strict food safety and quality control procedures to ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses and inventory to ensure that we are operating within budget and achieving our financial goals.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to order and presented in a timely and visually appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
