Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, increasing market share, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Achieve Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets for aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories, as well as Carrier, Bryant, and Payne equipment.
  • **Build Strong Client Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • **Expand Business Channels**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding into new markets and developing strategic partnerships.
  • **Provide Quotes and Feedback**: Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, and gather feedback to improve our products and services.
  • **Assist Credit Department**: Collaborate with the credit department to collect outstanding debts and resolve disputes with customers.
  • **Support Counter Team**: Provide backup support to the counter team as needed, ensuring seamless customer service.
  • **Provide Weekly Sales Reports**: Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • **Participate in Afterhours Call-out Service**: Participate in the afterhours call-out service to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  • **Arrange Customer Training**: Coordinate and support customer training with vendor support, ensuring customers have the necessary skills to use our products effectively.

Requirements

  • **Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC/R sales experience**
  • **Customer service oriented**
  • **Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities**
