**Job Summary**

Carrier Enterprise Canada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and increasing market share for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant and Payne Residential and Commercial Equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales goals and increase market share for our Aftermarket Parts product lines and Carrier, Bryant and Payne Residential and Commercial Equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to complement and grow territory coverage.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers, providing dedicated customer service and support.
  • Actively expand new channels of business and support retail initiatives.
  • Provide quotes to customers and gather market feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Keep customers informed of product availability and order status.
  • Provide product information to customers and assist the credit department in collecting outstanding debts and resolving disputes.
  • Provide backup support to the Counter team as required.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
  • Participate in after-hours call-out service to support customers.
  • Arrange and support customer training with vendor support.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum three to five years of HVAC/R sales experience.
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC.
  • Organized, independent, and persistent individual with a strong desire to sell and succeed.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Computer literate.
  • Refrigeration skills and knowledge.
  • Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities.
