Commercial Refrigeration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Supervisor to join our team at Commercial Restaurant Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in our commercial restaurant settings.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Manage and Maintain equipment and machinery, including HVAC systems, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and Implement methods to improve productivity and product quality, and to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Train and Develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate and Manage costs and materials, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Coordinate and Schedule activities, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, organized, team player, and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Work Environment: Commercial restaurant settings, noisy environment.
- Work Setting: Commercial and industrial settings.
- Types of Systems: Refrigeration, plumbing, cold water, and drain lines.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: HVAC systems.
- Processing or Operating Experience: Refrigeration and air compression.
- Area of Specialization: Electrical.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, organized, team player.
