Key Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for our aftermarket parts and equipment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the commercial market
- Provide quotes and market feedback to the organization, driving business decisions and growth
- Collaborate with the credit department to resolve customer disputes and collect outstanding debts

- Minimum three to five years of experience in HVAC/R sales

- Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities
