Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the commercial HVAC/R industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for our aftermarket parts and equipment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the commercial market
  • Provide quotes and market feedback to the organization, driving business decisions and growth
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve customer disputes and collect outstanding debts
  • Support the counter team as needed, providing backup and ensuring seamless customer service
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Participate in after-hours call-out service, providing timely support to customers
  • Coordinate customer training with vendor support, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service
Requirements:
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in HVAC/R sales
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software
  • Proven negotiation, sales, and leadership abilities
