About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Carrier Enterprise Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the commercial HVAC market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for our aftermarket parts and HVAC equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers, including dealers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Provide sales reports and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Participate in after-hours call-out service to support customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as HVAC or business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven sales and leadership abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems and HVAC equipment, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
