Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner

As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the HR strategy and initiatives for the Americas region. This position will report to the Head of HR and will be responsible for delivering local HR support to managers and employees, primarily based in Duluth, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Business Partner to translate global business needs into local HR action plans and deliverables.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) to create and deploy innovative HR solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze employee engagement, employer branding, and employee relations initiatives at the country/region level, in cooperation with CoE where applicable.
  • Deliver HR programs and solutions locally and provide feedback to CoE and HR team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Facilitate effective communication and manage resistance to change.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and leaders on HR-related issues and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies related to HR issues.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Use HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or MBA in HR Management.
  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification desired but not necessary.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a HRBP/Generalist role with some international experience outside the USA.
  • Strong business acumen and California employment law knowledge.
  • Proven experience in operational HR Management and knowledge of US employment laws.
  • Integrity, trust, ethics, and values, with a drive for results.
  • Excellent organizing, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trustful partnerships with internal customers through excellent customer focus, partnership skills, and delivery orientation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in influencing others with well-thought-out recommendations.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, SuccessFactors (SAP), ADP, and Service Now.
  • Good listening and negotiating qualities, as well as conflict management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
