About the Role

CLEAResult is a leader in the transition to a sustainable, equitable, and carbon-neutral energy-efficient future. We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. As a key member of our Client Delivery Canada Region, you will partner with senior leadership to implement and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth and employee experience.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify organizational needs and develop change management initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive employee experience through the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Utilize Workday HRIS data and metrics to identify trends and drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a strategic HR business partnership role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand business strategies and translate them into people strategies.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Experience with developing organizational structures, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and administration.

What We Offer

$125,000 - $145,000 CAD / annually + annual bonus
