Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in the Ontario Region. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic guidance and support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to business leaders
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Manage and develop HR processes, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Lead special projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in HR business partnering, with a focus on strategic HR and talent management
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving employee engagement
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

About the Role

This is a contract position for 6 months, with the opportunity to extend. You will be working closely with our business leaders to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for HR and talent management, we encourage you to apply.
