We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Chinguacousy Physio and Foot Clinic. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of office projects, including preparing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, including providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
