Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Department at Bhinder Law Office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our lawyers and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining records.
  • Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning and research.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site at our office location. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
