The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to electronic inquiries. You will also be tasked with ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up information filing systems. Additionally, you will provide customer service and support to our staff and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
