Administrative Coordinator

Captain Pizza is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Provide customer service
