We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Travellers Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer electronic enquiries, and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide support for newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training. You will also provide cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Requirements:
