Business Development Director

A key role at Moment Factory, the Business Development Director will oversee the development of business strategies for the Custom Experiences division. This includes defining business opportunities, managing inbound leads, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define business strategies for different market segments in collaboration with General Managers
  • Manage and plan inbound leads and business development activities
  • Develop strategic partnerships in various territories targeted by the division
  • Monitor and prioritize strategic missions of partners or representatives
  • Ensure compliance of performance indicators using all available tools
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, production, economics, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in business development
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in an artistic field related to Moment Factory's areas of activity
  • Skills and practical experience in international development
