Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives
  • Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs to support business objectives
  • Analyze and diagnose major issues, making recommendations to decision-making bodies
  • Represent the company before external partners and organizations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Advanced intermediate proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of French is required
