Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Laval. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for handling calls, emails, and mail, while working closely with administrative assistants and real estate brokers.



About the Role


This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient day-to-day operations. You will manage client files, maintain office equipment, and coordinate conference room reservations.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Process incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and distribute mail, as well as make reservations for conference rooms
  • Maintain and repair office equipment to ensure optimal performance


Requirements and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require a high school diploma, at least one year of experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator, and excellent French and English language skills. Proficiency in common office software is also essential, as is good presentation and interpersonal skills.
