**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations.
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hair styling is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
