We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Serpentine Building Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth and development within the team.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
