About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Doormate Services Inc. as a key member of our customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer experience.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers to improve their experience with our products and services.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for customer service operations.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and deliver training programs for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team
