- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or market environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
