- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail operations role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
