About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Doormate Services Inc. as a key member of our service operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  • Operations Management: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient service delivery, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Cost Estimation and Requisition: Estimate costs and materials required for service delivery, and requisition or order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Co-ordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Installation Specialization
  • Doors: Specialize in the installation of doors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering stability and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in this language is essential.
  • Hours: The standard working hours are 40 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
